Don't Go In There!

I love October and Halloween in particular. There is something awesome about the change in the weather, the way everyone has finally settled back down into the school routine (even if you're no longer in school) and the approach of one of my personal favourite holidays.

I've loved horror almost as long as I've loved romance. There is something fun about getting my blood pumping from a good fright. Movies, stories and visiting haunted locations are always things I enjoy.

There are a lot of scary places you can visit around the world. I had a chance to do a Jack the Ripper walking tour when I was in London one year. It was a cold November night and we walked the trail that Jack would have taken. It was one of the creepiest experience of my life.

I don't have to go far to get a good fright either. There are a number of creepy places in Canada that I can pop in for a visit. Here is a list of some of the spookiest places you can visit in Toronto.

Personally, that giant corn maze my kids are going to make me do in the next week or so is what's going to freak me out the most. I mean...have you not seen the horror movies out there? Nothing good happens in a corn field!!
